Welcome to our pre-session financing portal, where you can apply for financing and reserve your preferred artwork collection before your portrait experience even begins. Our artwork is entirely bespoke — each piece is hand-crafted to you or your family, your space, and your vision. Because every detail is personalised to you, your final artwork selections, sizes, and personalisation options will be confirmed on the day of your session. You're welcome to explore upgrades and additions at that time as well. The collections shown here represent a starting point, not a ceiling - many pieces have options to include additional portraits, and our full range of possibilities will be presented to you in person.
Applying for financing today allows you to arrive at your session empowered to say yes to the artwork you love, with flexible payment already in place.
How it works
You will have the option to use Affirm, Klarna, or AfterPay at Check Out. If one does not work, you can try another.
Step 1 — Browse the Collections Explore our artwork collections in the store. Each listing includes a description, starting price, and general personalisation notes. Remember, what you see is a starting point — your session consultant will walk you through all available options in person.
Step 2 — Select Your Artwork Choose the collection that resonates with you most. Click "Select This Collection" to add it to your cart. You are selecting a base product; all personalisation will be finalised on session day.
Step 3 — Review Your Cart In your cart, review your selected piece and the listed price. Note that a 3.99% merchant fee will be added at checkout. You may update your selection before proceeding.
Step 4 — Proceed to Checkout Click "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your contact and session details as prompted.
Step 5 — Select Affirm (or Klarna/AfterPay) as Your Payment Method On the payment screen, select Affirm (or Klarna/AfterPay) as your payment option. Do not select any other payment method if you wish to finance your artwork.
Step 6 — Complete Your Affirm (or Klarna/AfterPay) Application You will be redirected to Affirm (or Klarna/AfterPay)'s secure application. Complete all required fields. Each payment company will conduct their own review and notify you of approval or denial directly. Our studio is not involved in this decision.
Step 7 — Confirm Your Order If approved, return to our checkout to confirm and place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms your financing is in place for your session.
Step 8 — Attend Your Portrait Session Arrive at your session knowing your financing is ready. Your consultant will present the full range of personalisation options, upgrades, and add-ons. Any changes to your final artwork selection will be reflected in your final payment, and all payment adjustments will be made on your session date.
Step 9 — Your Artwork is Created Once your session and final selections are complete, your bespoke artwork enters production immediately. As all pieces are custom and may include digital components, all confirmed orders are final.
Terms & Conditions
Pre-Session Application — Financing is applied for prior to your portrait session. Approval or denial is determined solely by Affirm/Klarna/AfterPay, and is independent of our studio. We bear no responsibility for any financing decision.
Bespoke Nature of Products — All artwork is custom-created for each individual client. Personalisation details, sizing, and final selections are confirmed on session day and may not be fully determined at the time of application.
Right to Upgrade — Clients may choose to upgrade their selected collection or add additional products at or after their session. Any upgrades will be reflected in the final transaction amount.
Non-Exhaustive Listings — The products displayed in this store are representative examples only. Additional options, sizes, collections, and add-ons are available and will be presented during your session.
Digital Artwork & Bespoke Products — All Sales Final — Due to the fully custom and digital nature of our artwork, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once an order is placed.
Merchant Processing Fee — A 3.99% merchant fee is applied to all transactions processed through financing. This fee is included in the total at checkout.
Financing Agreement — By proceeding with financing, you are entering into a separate financial agreement with Affirm/Klarna/AfterPay, Inc.; their own terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria apply. Our studio is not a party to that agreement.
Final Pricing — The amount financed reflects your product selection at checkout. Any additions or upgrades made on session day will be processed as a separate or updated transaction.
No Guarantee of Availability — Product listings and pricing are subject to change. Confirmed orders are binding at the price reflected at time of purchase.
